Made to Order Products

All Better Magnets products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To submit a claim, please email eShop@BetterMagnets.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Damage claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds are not offered except in cases where Better Magnets determines that an order was defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly fulfilled.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the damaged or incorrect item, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after the claim has been reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
