Where Can I Buy Your Products?

All of our sales currently operate through a network of rep groups nationwide who are constantly working to have our products available in various stores throughout the USA. We also offer the ability for business owners to apply for a wholesale account directly through us.

What is our turnaround time?

All of our products are made to order and, in most cases, will take 8-10 business days shipped USPS.

Do The Images On Your Site Accurately Represent What I Will Receive?

All designs and printing are done in-house so we can control the quality of the final product. We strive to achieve the most accurate representation of the final product on our site.

Do you donate a portion of profits for your support the cause designs?

Yes, 20% of profits are donated to the cause listed with the magnet designs.

Are your local artists compensated?

Yes, all our creative artists earn a royalty percentage of the sale.

Are your magnets Made in the USA?

All of our materials come from USA sourced providers and all designing, production, and packaging take place in our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a Nationally Certified Women Owned Business (WBE) (WOSB)

May I License Your Images?

No, our images are already licensed from various artists and our in-house work is copyright protected.

Damaged magnets during shipment or shortages?

All damaged product and/or shortages MUST be reported within 5 days upon receipt of your order. “Damaged product” refers to scratches or bent items that may have occurred during shipping. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. To report all damages photos of damaged product must be submitted to eShop@BetterMagnets.com.

What is your return policy?

Contact eShop@BetterMagnets.com.com with the item number, description and reason for return of the item(s) you want to return. After written approval from Better Magnets, you can send the item(s) back for a credit towards your next purchase less (-) 15% restocking fee.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept the following forms of payments: Visa, MasterCard & American Express. A 3% credit card fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
